Please read this consent form before purchasing a session/group session with Women’s Energy Healing/Kelli Sefton, Holistic Health Practitioner. 

Education and Training: Kelli Sefton is a Holistic Health Practitioner certified in the Emotion Code™ Body Code® and Belief Code® modalities. She is also a certified Block Therapist™ and a Global Energy Method (G.E.M.) Infinity Healer with spiritual and psychological specialties.

Emotion Code™ Body Code® and G.E.M. sessions by Kelli Sefton are complementary modalities not intended to replace any currently prescribed medical treatments as ordered by your physician. No claims are made regarding healing or recovery from any illness/issue. Emotion Code/Body Code/G.E.M. is a gentle, energy-based approach, and occasionally, processing symptoms may occur. This is usually minor and may include emotional irritability, slight fatigue, or headache. Extra sleep and drinking water may help. Intentions are set for all energies released to be as gentle as possible.

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in energy healing sessions with Kelli Sefton, doing business as Women's Energy Healing. I acknowledge that the practice may involve using various healing techniques, including but not limited to, Emotion Code™ Body Code® Global Energy Method, chakra balancing, etc. to improve my physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I have been informed that the practice is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If necessary, I should seek appropriate medical or psychological care from a licensed practitioner. I also understand that the practice does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.

I acknowledge that Kelli Sefton is not a licensed medical or mental health professional and that the practice is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Kelli Sefton and Women's Energy Healing from any liability, including but not limited to, liability for negligence, personal injury, and/or emotional distress that may arise from my participation in the practice. I further agree to indemnify and hold Kelli Sefton and Women's Energy Healing harmless from any claims, demands, actions, suits, or other proceedings arising out of my participation in the practice.

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any provision of this waiver is held to be invalid, the remainder of the waiver will continue to be in full force and effect.

I have carefully read and fully understand this informed consent/liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. I understand that when paying for sessions, I fully consent to the services offered by Kelli Sefton and Women’s Energy Healing. I agree to allow Kelli Sefton to send me information via email.
